BRANDS IN OUR RANGE

Just Blocks from Poland

Just Blocks products are made in Poland. Depending on the set, solid beech wood and plywood elements are used.

For the seven products in our range, we have an EU Declaration of Conformity from the manufacturer. It refers to the European Toy Safety Directive and lists EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3.

We also have laboratory reports for BASIC sets and for samples of beech wood and plywood. Their results relate to the specific products and material samples examined.

spiel gut award for the Just Blocks BASIC sets

Three BASIC sets with the «spiel gut» seal

The orange «spiel gut» seal is awarded by the non-profit organisation of the same name. The assessment includes defined criteria and experience from practical testing with children.

At Leonito, the award applies exclusively to these three BASIC sets:

  • Just Blocks BASIC Small 68
  • Just Blocks BASIC Medium 160
  • Just Blocks BASIC Big 324

CLIFF from the EU

The CLIFF products in our range are made in the EU.

For the FLEX, Compact and PRO climbing frames, the 3-in-1 slide ramp, wooden trapeze and balance beams, we have the manufacturer’s declarations of conformity and safety documentation.

In these documents, the manufacturer confirms compliance with EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC and references EN 71-1, EN 71-3 and EN 71-8. The safety documentation describes internal tests carried out by the manufacturer.

What EN 71 means

EN 71 is a series of European standards for toy safety. The individual parts cover different areas:

  • EN 71-1: mechanical and physical properties
  • EN 71-2: flammability
  • EN 71-3: the possible release of certain elements from materials, also known as migration
  • EN 71-8: activity toys for domestic use, such as climbing frames

With a Declaration of Conformity, the manufacturer confirms that the product meets the requirements stated in it. A laboratory report documents test results for specific samples. The «spiel gut» seal is a separate award.

Using products safely

The CLIFF products mentioned here are intended for indoor use. They may only be used under the direct supervision of an adult. Assembly must also be carried out by an adult.
