Shipping policy

We currently deliver within Switzerland.

Delivery area

Leonito.ch delivers orders to addresses in Switzerland.

Delivery to other countries is not currently available.

Shipping costs

For orders under CHF 150.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.90.

Orders of CHF 150.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

All prices include Swiss VAT.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. In individual cases, particularly large products, high demand or special shipping requirements may result in a slightly longer delivery time.

Shipping partner

Orders are shipped by a suitable parcel or freight carrier. The carrier is selected according to the size, weight and type of order.

Check your parcel on delivery

Please check your parcel for visible external damage when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, document the damage with photos as soon as possible and, where possible, report it to the carrier.

Keep the packaging and contact us promptly at support@leonito.ch. If damage only becomes visible after opening the parcel, please contact us as soon as possible as well.

At Leonito, you can pay with PayPal, Klarna and the credit and debit cards shown at checkout. Depending on your device, browser and availability, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay may also be displayed.
