Lifetime functional warranty on the CLIFF FLEX climbing frame

For material or manufacturing defects that impair functionality.

Damage caused by improper assembly, unauthorised modifications, use other than as intended, transport damage, and the natural characteristics and visual features of wood is excluded.

The warranty applies exclusively to the CLIFF FLEX climbing frame. The safety mat and accessories are not covered by this lifetime functional warranty.

Wood is a natural material. Grain, colour and minor visual differences may vary. Such natural characteristics are not defects provided that functionality and safety are not affected.

If anything arrives damaged or a part is missing, please contact us promptly with photos and your order number. We will review the case carefully and arrange an appropriate solution.

The CLIFF FLEX is manufactured in accordance with EN 71 for toy safety in the EU and complies with EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. It is made entirely in the EU.

Use only under adult supervision. Before each use, please check that all screws and connections are secure.

Ensure that there is sufficient clear space around the climbing frame. The surface is easy to care for and can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth.
