These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via leonito.ch.

Leonito.ch is an offering from Herman Onlinehandel.

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through the leonito.ch online shop.

The offering is intended for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.

Delivery to other countries is not currently available.

3. Offering and products

Leonito.ch offers a selection of wooden learning and movement products for children.

The display of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

We take care to provide product information that is as accurate as possible. The appearance of colours and surfaces may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the screen used. Wooden products may have natural variations in colour, grain and texture. Such material-specific variations do not constitute a defect provided that the product’s workmanship, intended use and safety are not affected.

Errors, typographical mistakes and changes in availability remain reserved until the purchase contract is concluded.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices in the online shop are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory Swiss VAT unless otherwise indicated.

For orders under CHF 150.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.90. Orders of CHF 150.00 or more are delivered free of charge.

The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you complete the order.

5. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

You can add products to your cart and order them at checkout.

Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your information. By clicking the final order button, you place a binding order.

After we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This initially confirms receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, confirm shipment or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders, in particular if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or display error, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect an abusive order. Any payments already received will be refunded in such cases.

6. Payment

The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout.

At Leonito, you can pay with PayPal, Klarna and the credit and debit cards shown at checkout. Depending on your device, browser and availability, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay may also be displayed.

Payments are processed by the integrated payment service providers. We generally do not receive full credit or debit card details.

7. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within Switzerland.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. In individual cases, particularly large products, high demand or special shipping requirements may result in a slightly longer delivery time.

Orders are shipped by a suitable parcel or freight carrier. The carrier is selected according to the size, weight and type of order.

Partial deliveries are possible if this is necessary to process the order more quickly or appropriately and is reasonable for you. You will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.

8. Voluntary returns

Leonito.ch offers a voluntary return option within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please notify us by email within this period if you wish to make a return. A voluntary return is possible if the product is unused, complete, clean and undamaged. Please return it in the original packaging where possible and always packaged securely for transport.

Please do not return any goods without contacting us first, so that we can identify your return and inform you of the next steps.

You bear the direct cost of a voluntary return shipment. This does not apply in the event of an error, defect or transport damage.

The voluntary return option does not restrict your statutory rights in the event of defects or an incorrect delivery.

9. Complaints, defects and transport damage

Please inspect the delivery carefully after receiving it.

If a product arrives damaged, a part is missing, the goods delivered differ from your order or a defect is apparent, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, send us your order number, a brief description of the problem and clear photos of the packaging and the product.

We will review the case carefully. Depending on the specific circumstances, an appropriate solution may include a replacement part, repair, replacement delivery, price reduction or refund.

This does not restrict your statutory rights in respect of defects.

An additional warranty applies only where it is expressly stated for the relevant product. It applies only to the extent described there and does not restrict statutory rights.

10. Use and safety of products

Our products are intended for children and must be used in an age-appropriate manner, for their intended purpose and in accordance with the relevant product information.

Please follow the age recommendations, warnings, and assembly, care and use instructions for the relevant product.

Parents and other caregivers must adapt use to the child’s age, developmental stage and behaviour, and provide the supervision required in each case.

If there is visible damage, loose parts or another potential safety defect, the product must not be used again until the matter has been resolved. In this case, contact us at support@leonito.ch.

11. Liability

Herman Onlinehandel is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for damage caused by improper assembly, use other than as intended, lack of supervision, unauthorised modifications to the product or failure to follow product and safety instructions.

Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

These limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health, or mandatory statutory liability.

12. Privacy

13. Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards, discount codes and promotions are valid only during the stated period and subject to the relevant terms.

Cash redemption is excluded. Gift cards and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been completed unless otherwise stated for the relevant promotion.

14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may amend these Terms and Conditions for future orders as necessary.

The Terms and Conditions published on leonito.ch at the time of the order apply to that order. Subsequent changes have no effect on orders that have already been completed.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Herman Onlinehandel. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
